an on-line retailer and wholesaler of Steam Shower Saunas, Designed Toilets and Bathroom's Fixtures.
We show our products by appointment only and mainly to our contractors and builders.

* Shipping:
Shipping is available only in USA, except Alaska and Hawaii.
Product is available to ship upon payment received. Buyer pays shipping cost.
Items do not ship with insurance (it is optional). We are not liable for negligence by the carrier.
Customer should inspect the merchandise immmediately upon received it at the presence of the carrier,
and you must file a claim for any damage with the carrier for product reimbursement.

* Special Oder:
Order will be made immediately upon received 50% deposit of the value of the merchandise, and will take
6 to 8 weeks. We will notify the buyer upon the merchandise arrived to our warehouse.
Cancellation of the order should be made within 24 hours after the order been made, and there is no refund thereafter.
Buyer will pick up the merchandise at our warehouse, or buyer pays for the shipping cost from our warehouse to the destination.

* Warranty
This Steam Shower Unit with Whirlpool is covered by a 12 month parts warranty from factory. The Shower must be installed by licensed plumber and electrician or it could cause the warranty to be void. We will be here to help you get covered should any defects was found with in factory warranty period. You are responsible for removing the defective parts and mail it to our address and a new part will be mailed back to you. We will also always be here and help you get the parts at cost after one year factory warranty expires

* Terms
The purchaser of the shower unit accepts full responsibility and liability for its proper use, operation and installation. This unit is NOT to be used in any commercial place. This unit must also be installed by a licensed professional plumber, or it could result in the void of any warranties. The purchaser further agrees to indemnify and hold harmless of the seller, its officers and employees from any claims, actions, lawsuits, judgments or liability arising from the use of this product. By purchasing on this item the purchaser agrees to the above conditions of this sale and absolves seller, its officers, and employees of any and all liability regardless of its origin in the use of this product.
